As part of my ongoing service to Palos Verdes real estate owner, I continue to take classes, keep updated and learn new ways of doing business. I have recently taken two separate classes on International Real Estate. We often hear about globalization in the news and that includes real estate. I have had buyers from out of the country and local clients have inquired about vacation homes outside the United States.
I am including a link (please click here) so that you may go through my portal to view homes for sale in many different countries and/or states. After entering the site, choose “Search Listings” on the left-hand side. It is interesting to see the price of homes in other locations. I found a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 762 square foot apartment in Paris, France listed for $957,215. There is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath 5,468 square foot condo with breathtaking ocean views in Acapulco, Mexico, for $950,000. As a point of reference, 1 square meter is equal to 10.7639 square feet.
