Average sales price for Valmonte homes sold in the first half of 2012 decreased to $1,260,335 from $1,302,743 for the first half of 2011. Price per square foot for Valmonte houses that sold in the first half of 2012 decreased to $510 from $520 in first half of 2011. The most expensive home sold for $3,317,218 and the lowest priced home sold for $765,000
