Palos Verdes homes sales for the Crest neighborhood for the first half of 2012 increased to 11 single family homes sold in the first half of 2012 compared to 10 the first half of 2011. Average sales price for Crest homes sold in the first half of 2012 was nearly the same at $1,020,318 compared to $1,033,649 for the first half of 2011. Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in the first half of 2012 decreased to $399 from $420 in the first half of 2011. The most expensive home sold for $1,285,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $700,000.

There are 6 condo/townhomes ranging from $409,500 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, 1,213 square foot home, to $774,000 for a 2 bedroom/3 bath, 2,184 square foot home.There are 4 single family homes for sale ranging from $999,000 for a 5 bedroom/3 bath, 2,265 square foot home, to $1,575,000 for a 4 bedroom/2.25 bath, 2,890 square foot home.
