This well-priced home sold in 17 days for over asking price at $3,125,000 and closed escrow April 13, 2012. Mardi Tobias’ (RE/MAX Estate Properties) 939 Paseo La Cresta, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above right) was a 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 4,652 square foot home listed for $2,800,000. This fabulous Mid Century Modern Monte Malaga home featured soaring ceilings ocean/Catalina views, beautiful updated open kitchen and pool/spa. This spacious home sold in 39 days for near ask price at $2,750,000 and closed escrow December 19, 2012.
My own listing at 6o47 Ocean Terrace Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above left) was a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,254 square foot home listed for $1,525,000. This contemporary Mediterranean Sea Crest custom-built home featured vaulted ceilings & hardwood floors in nearly every room, an over-sized master suite adjacent to an outdoor covered spa room, a sun room and a double backyard on almost a half acre lot. This well-priced home sold with multiple offers for $1,531,00o and just closed January 4, 2013. Benjamin Bacal’s (Sotheby’s Int’l Realty-Sunset) 3807 Crest Road, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above right) was a 5 bedroom, 7 bath, 7,315 square foot home listed for $4,775,000. This architecturally stunning Palos Verdes Drive East home featured panoramic ocean/city/coastline views, indoor/outdoor gym, separate guest house, vortex spa, lap pool, elevator and library. This home is currently still for sale.
