Average sales price for Malaga Cove homes sold in the first half of 2013 increased to $2,255,556 compared to $1,848,972 for the first half of 2012. The most expensive home sold for $3,700,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,575,000.

There are 9 single family homes ranging from $1,750,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,424 square foot home, to $5,495,000 for a 5 bedroom, 7 bath, 9,853 square foot home.
