Price per square foot for Eastview RPV houses that sold in the first half of 2013 increased to $405 from $336 for the same time period last year – a 20.5% increase. Average sales price for Eastview RPV homes sold in the first half of 2013 increased to $689,532 from $639,624 for the first half of 2012. The most expensive home sold for $810,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $525,000.

There are 6 single family homes for sale ranging from $649,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,029 square foot home to $849,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,126 square foot home.
