Do You Know What Palos Verdes School Education Costs?

Palos Verdes homes owners and their tenants are fortunate to be able to send their children to the award winning Palos Verdes schools.  The Peninsula Education Foundation recently released a school chart tuition/funding comparison for both public and private Palos Verdes schools and the numbers are surprising.

State funding for Palos Verdes Unified School District’s middle and high school level students is only $6,112 per student for the 2013/2014 year.  Compare that to tuition for Chadwick ($30,000), Rolling Hills Preparatory School ($27,960), Rolling Hills Country Day  K-8 ($18,000) and Peninsula Heritage K-6 ($23,230) and you can see why the Foundation is committed to raising funds to continue the excellent education provided by our Palos Verdes public schools.

Palos Verdes Education Foundation will be hosting their big fundraiser, Main Event, on Saturday, May 10th at Terranea Resort.  Click here for more information.
