Price per square foot for Eastview RPV houses that sold in the first half of 2014 increased to $429 from $405 in 2013 a 6.0% increase. Average sales price for Eastview RPV homes sold in the first half of 2014 increased to $743,958 from $689,532 in 2013. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview RPV neighborhood was $906,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview RPV neighborhood was $553,000.
Currently, the Eastview RPV neighborhood has 13 homes for sale. There are 9 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $639,000 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath, 1,512 square foot home to $799,000 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath, 2,100 square foot home. There are 4 condominiums for sale ranging in price from $319,900 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,207 square foot condo to $339,500 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 1,750 square foot condominium.
