2014 Palos Verdes homes sales for Rolling Hills neighborhood decreased to 19 single family homes sold compared to 27 in 2013. Price per square foot for Rolling Hills houses that sold in 2014 increased to $741 compared from $676 in 2013, a 9.6% increase. Average sales price for Rolling Hills homes sold in 2014 was $3,414,445 compared to $2,600,204 in 2013. The most expensive home sold for $6,650,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,545,000.
Currently, Rolling Hills has 15 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 15 single family homes ranging in price from $2,900,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 3,954 square foot home, to $53,000,000 for a 9 bedroom/25 bath, 50,000 square foot home. The City of Rolling Hills does not have any townhomes or condos.
