2014 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Crest neighborhood decreased to 25 compared to 39 in 2013. Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in 2014 increased to $499 compared from $465 in 2013, a 7.3% increase. Average sales price for Crest homes sold in 2014 was $1,264,156 compared to $1,188,128 in 2013. The most expensive home sold for $1,725,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $850,000.
Currently, Crest has 22 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 9 single family homes ranging in price from $1,195,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 2,995 square foot home, to $1,850,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,676 square foot home. There are 13 condo/townhomes ranging in price from $389,000 for a 1 bedroom/1 bath, 696 square foot home, to $949,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 2,184 square foot townhome.
