Palos Verdes homes sales in the Eastview/RPV neighborhood for the first half of 2015 increased to 30 single family homes sold in 2015 compared to 26 in 2014. Price per square foot for Eastview/RPV houses that sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $452 from $429 in 2014, a 5.3% increase. Average sales price for Eastview/RPV homes sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $751,221 in 2015 compared to $743,958 in 2014. The most expensive Palos/Verdes home sold in the Eastview RPV neighborhood was $905,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold in the Eastview/RPV neighborhood was $585,000.
Currently, the Eastview/RPV neighborhood has 16 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 16 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $649,900 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,011 square foot home, to $1,099,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,793 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes currently for sale in this area.
