Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of May 2016 are 49 homes which is an increase from the 38 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days April and an increase from the first 19 days of May 2015 (36). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from May 1st to date is $1,540,096 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,604,594 for this same time period and an increase from $1,412,101 last May.
In May 2016 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $3,450,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and 5,651 square feet on a nearly 2 acre flat lot.
