Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of April 2018 are 38 homes which is an increase from the 23 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days of March and an increase from first 19 days of April 2017 (28). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from April 1st to date is $1,783,457 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,680,682 for this same time period and an increase from $1,700,906 last April.
In April 2018 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $2,925,000 and is located in the Vantage Pointe neighborhood of Rolling Hills Estates and has 5 bedrooms, 7 baths and 5,772 square feet on a 17,415 square foot lot. This exquisite ocean view home features a gorgeous kitchen, an office/library, and a master suite w/fireplace, balcony & seating area. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in April for $960,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood of Rolling Hills Estates; this home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,542 square feet on a 12,859 square foot lot.
