Mid October 2018 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 22 days of October 2018 are 41 homes which is an increase from the 34 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 22 days of September and an increase from first 22 days of October 2017 (37). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from October 1st to date is $1,513,521 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,867,524 for this same time period and a decrease from $1,599,703 last October.
In October 2018 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $4,365,000 and is located in the city of Rolling Hillls and has 7 bedrooms, 8 baths and 6,455 square feet on a 3 3/4 acre lot. This beautiful custom built estate features panoramic city light views, private master wing, gourmet kitchen, family room w/attached game room, a bonus theater, folding panoramic doors, detached guest house, outdoor barbecue, horse facilities, and pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in October for $967,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes; this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,395 square feet on a 7,490 square foot lot.
