Favorite 2018 Palos Verdes Homes For Sale
Here are my favorite Palos Verdes homes in 2018 taken from my weekly articles reviewing new homes for sale that were on the Broker’s Tour. I have also included an update on those homes to let you know if they have sold and at what price.
Chris Adlam (Vista Sotheby’s Int’l Realty) and Larissa Rubijevsky’s (RE/MAX Estate Properties) 812 Via Conejo, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above left) is a 6 bedroom, 8 bath, 7,826 square foot home for $9,999,000. This premier Monte Malaga home features Old World Charm with panoramic ocean/coastline/city views, spectacular kitchen, luxurious master suite, expansive patios, guest house and private spa. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on October 1, 2018, and was put on “Hold” December 10, 2018. Anna Randall’s (RE/MAX Estate Properties) 915 Via Panorama, Palos Verdes Estates, 90274 (above right) is a 4 bedroom, 5 bath, 5,064 square foot home for $7,300,000. This fabulous remodeled Monte Malaga home features Queen’s necklace/city light views, 2 family rooms, elevator, sumptuous master suite and sits on 3/4 acre of land with pool/spa. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on May 15, 2018, and sold for $4,800,000 on November 9, with escrow closing on December 20, 2018.
Steven Watts’ (RE/MAX Estate Properties) 35 Via Del Cielo, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above left) is a 6 bedroom, 8 bath, 7,220 square foot home for $6,598,000. This gorgeous bluff Oceanfront Estates home features unobstructed ocean views for miles, gourmet kitchen, maid’s quarters, electrical car charger, and resort like backyard w/salt water pool. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on February 9, 2018, and sold for $5,700,000 on June 28, with escrow closing on August 28, 2018. Elaine Carlson & Betty Waungs’ (RE/MAX Estate Properties & Keller Williams Palos Verdes ) 2108 Paseo del Mar, Palos Verdes Estates, 90274 (above left) is a 6 bedroom, 8 bath, 5,693 square foot home for $5,890,000. This new fabulous contemporary (2015 build) lower Lunada Bay home located across the street from the ocean bluff features ocean views, huge gourmet kitchen w/additional butler’s kitchen/pantry, beautiful master suite w/ocean views, all bedrooms ensuite, 900+ square foot separate casita, and pool/spa. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on November 16, 2018 and is still an active listing for sale.
