Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 24 days of February 2019 are 30 homes which is an increase from the 13 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 24 days of January and a decrease from first 24 days of February 2018 (43). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from February 1st to date is $2,098,486 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $3,412,381 for this same time period and an increase from $1,754,651 last February.
In February 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $15,500,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and 6,100 square feet on a 6 acre lot. This fabulous terraced estate features Ocean/Catalina/Coastline views, olympic-sized riding ring, tennis court, beautiful gardens & trails, pool house, and infinity pool. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold to date in February for $1,011,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,358 square feet on a 12,644 square foot lot.
