Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 21 days of May 2019 are 44 homes which is an increase from the 29 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 21 days of April and the same as the first 21 days of May 2018 (44). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from May 1st to date is $2,008,954 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,911,891 for this same time period and a decrease from $2,042,420 last May.
In May 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $6,300,000 and is located in Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 5 bedrooms, 6 baths and 5,178 square feet on a 18,417 square foot lot. This dramatic bluff top home features gorgeous panoramic ocean views, luxurious master suite, soaring ceilings, gleaming kitchen w/top of the line appliances, tranquil reflection pool in an elegant courtyard, fire pit, and outdoor spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold to date in May for $925,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive East neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,992 square feet on a 8,072 square foot lot.
