Mid October 2019 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 25 days of October 2019 are 40 homes which is a decrease from the 45 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 25 days of September and a decrease from the first 25 days of October 2018 (51). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from October 1st to October 25th is $1,765,328 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,670,914 for this same time period and an increase from $1,519,801 last October.
In October 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $4,372,000 and is located in the Malaga Cove neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and had 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 4,502 square feet on a 65,223 square foot lot. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold October 2019 to date for $850,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive East neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,647 square feet on a 17,657 square foot lot.
