Palos Verdes homes sales in the Country Club neighborhood for the first half of 2019 decreased to 13 single family homes sold in 2019 compared to 15 in 2018.  Price per square foot for Country Club houses that sold in the first half of 2019 decreased to $557 from $606 in 2018, an 8.1% decrease.  Average sales price for Country Club Palos Verdes homes sold in the first half of 2019 decreased to $1,819,682 in 2019 compared to $2,009,302 in 2018.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in Country Club was $3,700,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Country Club neighborhood was $1,300,000.

Currently, the Country Club neighborhood has 8 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 8 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,479,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,813 square foot home, to $4,500,000 for a 5 bedroom/7  bath, 5,334 square foot home.  There are no  condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
