Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 21 days of November 2019 are 49 homes which is an increase from the 34 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 21 days of October and an increase from the first 21 days of November 2018 (27). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from November 1st to November 21st is $1,555,964 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,744,001 for this same time period and a decrease from $1,950,922 last November.
In November 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $2,640,000 and is located in the Malaga Cove neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and had 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 2,417 square feet on a 6,021 square foot lot. This beautiful rebuilt home features incredible ocean/coastline views, innovative custom kitchen, office, a cozy patio, and ocean viewing decks. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold November 2019 to date for $932,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,395 square feet on a 7,042 square foot lot.
