Palos Verdes Property Tax Payments Are Due By April 10, 2020!
Palos Verdes homes owners need to be aware that even though some have been able to get our house payments adjusted during this pandamic time, our property tax bills have not been extended and are still due. If your tax payment are impounded with your home loan, they should have been paid for you. Everyone else must pay their property taxes now.
This is just a friendly reminder that you only have until Friday, April 10, 2020, to get them paid without penalty. According to the Tax Assessor, if paid after the second Property Tax installment deadline of April 10, there will be a 10% penalty plus $23.00 cost is added to your amount due.
