2015 Palos Verdes Art Center Dream House Raffle
The Palos Verdes Art Center is holding its annual PVAC Dream House Raffle for the 12th year. This year’s dream prize is the most dramatic one of it’s kind. The top prize will be a $1,500,000 House Package or $1,000,000 in cash.
For the past eleven years the Palos Verdes Art Center has given away over $13,000,000 in cash and prizes. The money raised continues to fund the Center’s exhibitions and educational programs. The Art Center is available for local Palos Verdes homes owners to take classes, purchase hand crafted items and visit local artists showings in the galleries. It also hosts the Art At Your Fingertips training center which provides the Palos Verdes Peninsula School District with their art programs. Art Center has also been used to teach art projects to at-risk youth and foster children.
The donation for a raffle ticket is still $150 and is limited to only 25,000 ticket sales. This year they are offering an elegant mid century vacation home by the master of Hollywood Regency style, architect John Elfin Wolf, known for his 1950 & 60’s styles, and it is located in the Marrakesh Country Club in Palm Desert, California; it is a two bedroom, two bath desert retreat. Also included in the Grand Prize House Package are a 2015 Jaguar F-Type V-8 Convertible, a 2015 XK Coupe, a trip for two to Morocco, two golf carts, two Louis Vuitton golf bags, a five year golf membership in the Marrakesh Country Club and $675,000 in cash. If you do not want the grand property prize, you can take $1,000,000 in cash.
There is a special drawing for buyers who purchase tickets by January 31, 2015; that prize is a Golf Weekend at Marrakesh Country Club in Palm Desert. Early Bird drawing #1 will take place on March 12, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. for a new 2015 Mini Cooper or $25,000 cash. Early Bird drawing #2 will take place on April 10, 2015, for a new 2015 BMW 428i or $40,000 cash. Cash prizes from $1,500 to $40,000, 45 Apple iPad Air 2 tablets, and more will also be awarded as prizes. There is also a multiple ticket drawing for $25,000 cash at both Early Bird Drawings. Final ticket purchases must be made by May 15, 2015, at 5:00 p.m.
The final drawing will take place on Friday, May 29, 2015, at 5:30 p.m and will be held at the Palos Verdes Art Center located at 5504 West Crestridge Road, Rancho Palos Verdes, 90275.
