365 Things To Do In Palos Verdes – New Butcher Hill Nature Walk

The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is beginning their new Butcher Hill Nature Walk  this Saturday, December 11th, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.  For nearly twenty years, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy has had thousands of South Bay residents walk their free monthly nature walks throughout the Palos Verdes Peninsula led by volunteers.

For your parking convenience, it is suggested that you park in the parking area at Ernie Howlett Park, 25851 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rolling Hills Estates 90274.  You will be following the trail to the top of this prominent hill which marks the entrance to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.   You will experience breathtaking views of the Los Angeles Basin during your walk and you will return through the majestic Valmonte Canyon Trail.   The walk is considered to be of moderate level.
