Terranea Resort located here among our beautiful Palos Verdes homes, is adding some adventure and summer fun in its Children’s Programs. There will be many different activity options from traditional day camps to afternoon drop-in camps. Now there are programs available for even two year olds. The director of fun is Marissa Edwards. The really great thing about the afternoon drop-in camps is that even if you have only an hour you can escape to Terranea to use the spa or enjoy a meal and your children can join in activities for as little as $15 per hour, per child, between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. Activities include fun with food, arts and crafts, and even science experiments.
For the techno-minded, Planet Bravo is returning with classes that features game design, LEGO-Motion, movie production, photography and more. This is available for students entering grades 2-9. The Planet-Bravo campers will receive lunch and course dates are June 20 thru July 29th. Golf and Adventure camps are also back for both resort and non-resort guests. The different camps to choose are Golf Camps, Adventure Camp or a combo Putt & Plunge camp – children can glide down a 140-foot slide to keep themselves cool!
