Here is a great opportunity for Palos Verdes homes owners to introduce their younger children (between the ages of 2-5 years) to local nature.
This new program is designed for parents and children to attend together and is sponsored by the Palos Verdes Library District and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy. The activities will include stories, songs, and rhymes that will center around the theme of the George F. Canyon Nature Center.
This is a free event, and children of all ages are welcome. You will meet at 9:30 a.m., on Friday, March 9, 2012, at George F. Canyon Nature Center, located at 27305 Palos Verdes Drive East in Rolling Hills Estates.
