Terranea Resort located among our beautiful Palos Verdes homes, is adding some adventure and summer fun in its 2012 Children’s Programs this summer. There will be many different activity options from traditional day camps to afternoon drop-in camps. The really great thing about the afternoon drop-in camps is that even if you have only an hour you can escape to Terranea to use the spa or enjoy a meal and your children can join in activities for as little as $15 per hour, per child, between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. Activities include fun with food, arts and crafts, and even science experiments.
Golf and Adventure camps are also back this summer for both resort and non-resort guests. The different camps to choose from are Adventure Camp or a combo Golf Putt & Plunge camp – where children can glide down a 140-foot slide to keep themselves cool!
The camps will be filling up fast so it is a good idea to sign up soon. The first week long full day camp will start June 25, 2012, and will then be held weekly July 9th, July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th and August 6th, at the cost of $375/week. The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and include a snack and lunch.
It is not too soon to plan these summer adventures for your children and allow yourself a bit of getaway time at this beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula location.
