Palos Verdes homes owners can choose so many different locations to have their children’s birthday parties here on the Peninsula. One of the best hidden party locations is the Geroge F. Canyon Nature Center in Rolling Hills Estates for your little nature lover.
George F. Canyon Nature Center birthday parties are a great way for children to be kind to the Earth and have fun while learning about the environment. The Nature Center provides all decorations to help you keep the party green. They offer their own earth friendly cups, plates and utensils. The birthday child can bring up to 14 friends for a fun celebration that lasts up to two hours. It is held in the covered patio which overlooks a grassy meadow. The host family can provide refreshments and use the facilities that are available.
The fee is $15 per child and includes an exclusive nature center visit, hands on activities, live animal exhibits, creative nature inspired crafts, guided wilderness trail hike and a goodie bag to take home. It is recommended that the children be at least 5 years of age up to 12 years of age. Celebrations are held on weekdays anytime from dawn to dusk, or on the weekends after 4:00 p.m. The cost per child also includes the hosting family receiving a one year membership.
