Fall is here, and here are two Fall Festivals to get you in the mood. Valmonte/Sunrise PTA will be sponsoring their “Fall Festival” on Sunday, October 21, 2012, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Valmonte Elementary Learning Academy. You can join in the fun with face paining, crafts, pumpkin decorating, game booths, train ride, petting zoo and much more. For your dining pleasure the Border Grill Truck, and The Appetizer Pizza will be selling their special dishes. You won’t want to miss the “Valmonte Farm” area, which was put together by volunteers and outside vendors who participated to help kids learn about the importance of eating and growing vegetables.
The Valmonte Early Learning Academy is located at 3801 Via la Selva, Palos Verdes Estates, Ca. 90274. (Ticket price is $1/ticket on the day of the event).
Another fun event for Palos Verdes homes owners to enjoy is the “Harvest Festival” at Lunada Bay Park Plaza. This yearly event will take place on Sunday, October 28, 2012, from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m. and is sponsored by the Lunada Bay Homeowners Association. You can enjoy games, rides, food, vendors and lots of fun.
Lunada Bay Park is located at the corner of Palos Verdes Drive West & Via Carillo.
