2013 First Half Palos Verdes homes sales for the Crest neighborhood increased to 22 homes sold compared to 11 homes sold in the first half of 2012. Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in the first half of 2013 increased 14.1% to $457 from $400 for the same time period last year – a 14.1% increase. Average sales price for Crest homes sold in the first half of 2013 increased to $1,155,077 from $1,020,318 for the first half of 2012. The most expensive home sold for $1,675,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $840,000.
Currently, the Crest neighborhood has 11 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 9 condo/townhomes for sale ranging from $325,000 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 709 square foot condo, to $1,095,000 for a 3 bedroom, 4 bath, 2,924 square foot towhome. There are 2 single family homes for sale ranging from $1,100,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,182 square foot home, to $1,135,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,468 square foot home.
