Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $518 from $487 in 2014, a 6.5% increase. Average sales price for Crest homes sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $1,328,219 in 2015 compared to $1,265,453 in 2014. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sold in the Crest neighborhood was $1,710,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold in the Crest neighborhood was $1,062,590.

There are 5 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,225,000 for a 5 bedroom/3 bath, 2,212 square foot home, to $1,899,000 for a 5 bedroom/3 bath, 3,359 square foot home. There are 10 condo/townhomes for sale ranging from $429,900 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,165 square foot townhome, to $899,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 1,796 square foot townhome.
