Price per square foot for Rolling Hills houses that sold in 2015 increased to $831 compared from $741 in 2014, a 12.2% increase. Average sales price for Rolling Hills homes sold in 2015 was $3,851,474 compared to $3,412,734 in 2014. The most expensive home sold for $8,550,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,550,000.
