Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in 2015 increased to $520 compared from $499 in 2014, a 4.2% increase. Average sales price for Crest homes sold in 2015 was $1,307,054 compared to $1,264,156 in 2014. The most expensive home sold for $1,710,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,062,500.
Currently, Crest has 8 Palos Verdes homes (single family) for sale ranging in price from $1,040,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,051 square foot home, to $1,489,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,865 square foot home. There are 9 condo/townhomes for sale ranging in price from $475,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,155 square foot home, to $1,095,000 for a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,020 square foot townhome.
