2016 Palos Verdes homes sales for the La Cresta neighborhood decreased to 37 single family homes sold in 2016 compared to 40 in 2015. Price per square foot for La Cresta houses that sold in 2016 increased to $564 compared to $551 in 2015 a 2.3% increase. Average sales price for La Cresta homes sold in 2016 was nearly the same – $2,094,608 compared to $2,095,272 in 2015. The most expensive home sold for $4,525,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $952,500.
Currently, La Cresta has 16 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 15 single family homes ranging in price from $1,294,000 for a 3 bedroom/4 bath, 2,482 square foot home, to $4,300,000 for a 5 bedroom/6 bath, 5,002 square foot home. There is 1 condo/townhome for sale – $768,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 1,720 square foot townhome.
