Average sales price for Malaga Cove homes sold in the first half of 2017 decreased to $2,165,100 in 2017 compared to $3,253,892 in 2016. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Malaga Cove neighborhood was $4,200,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Malaga Cove neighborhood was $1,375,000.
