Palos Verdes homes sales in the City of Rolling Hills neighborhood for the first half of 2017 decreased to 10 single family homes sold in 2017 compared to 14 in 2016. Price per square foot for Rolling Hills that sold in the first half of 2017 increased to $786 from $767 in 2016, a 2.5% increase. Average sales price for Rolling Hills homes sold in the first half of 2017 decreased to $2,772,750 in 2017 compared to $3,798,521 in 2016. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Rolling Hills neighborhood was $4,750,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the City of Rolling Hills was $1,800,000.
Currently, the City of Rolling Hills has 25 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 25 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,950,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 2,662 square foot home, to $40,000,000 for a 9/bedroom/25 bath, 51,000 square foot home.
