Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 21 days of November 2017 are 30 homes which is a decrease from the 37 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 21 days October and an increase from first 21 days of November 2016 (29). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from November 1st to date is $1,721,717 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,599,703 for this same time period and an increase from $1,430,402 last November.
In November 2017 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $4,950,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and has 7 bedrooms, 8 baths and 5,300 square feet on a 2.8 nearly flat acre lot. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in November for $1,050,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood of Palos Verdes Peninsula; this home has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2,342 square feet on a 15,467 square foot lot.
