Average sales price for Eastview homes sold in the first half of 2017 increased to $882,083 in 2017 compared to $796,272 in 2016. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview neighborhood was $1,175,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview neighborhood was $640,000.
