2017 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Country Club neighborhood increased to 29 single family homes sold compared to 24 in 2016. Price per square foot for Country Club houses that sold in the first half of 2017 increased to $578 compared to $548 in 2016 a 5.4% increase. Average sale price for Country Club homes sold in 2017 was $1,861,672 compared to $1,882,208 in 2016. The most expensive home sold for $2,600,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,222,000.
