2017 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Crest neighborhood decreased to 31 single family homes sold compared to 34 in 2016. Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in the first half of 2017 decreased to $514 compared to $545 in 2016 a 5.6% decrease. Average sale price for Crest homes sold in 2017 was $1,321,613 compared to $1,353,270 in 2016. The most expensive home sold for $1,885,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $995,000.
Currently, Crest has 19 active Palos Verdes home for sale. There are 4 single family homes priced from $1,365,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,244 square foot home, to $2,095,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath, 3,015 square foot home. There are 15 condo/townhomes priced from $524,900 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,130 square foot condo, to $981,109 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,895 square foot condo/townhome.
