Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in 2018 increased to $554 compared from $514 in 2017, a 7.7% increase. Average sales price for Crest homes sold in 2018 was $1,342,692 compared to $1,321,613 in 2017. The most expensive home sold for $1,950,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $965,000.
