Palos Verdes Enjoys Outdoor Summer Movie at the Garden!
Family Movie Night featuring “Incredibles 2” will be shown on Friday, July 12, 2019, at South Coast Botanic Garden. The event will be held on the meadow for an unique outdoor summer experience. For this special evening, you are encouraged to dress the part of your favorite superhero! Make sure you bring your blankets, chairs and picnic to sit among the flowers and under the stars.
There will be family-friendly concessions available, along with beer and wine. (No outside alcohol will be permitted). Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and the pre-movie activities for kids begin at 6:45 p.m. The movie begins at dusk (approximately 8:15 p.m.). Guests are also invited to take the Fairies vs Trolls challenge or go for a sunset stroll in the Garden. Ticket sales for the event will be limited to provide an excellent guest experience.
Incredibles 2 is a 2018 American computer-animated superhero film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures. It is written and directed by Brad Bird and is a sequel to The Incredibles (2004). This is the second full-length installment of the franchise. The story follows the Parr family as they try to restore the public’s trust in superheroes while balancing their family life, only to combat a new foe who seeks to turn the populace against all superheroes.
