Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 20 days of June 2019 are 39 homes which is a decrease from the 43 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 20 days of May and a decrease from the first 20 days of June 2018 (52). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from June 1st to date is $1,980,146 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $2,010,442 for this same time period and a decrease from $2,045,810 last June.
In June 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $5,210,000 and is located in Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 6 bedrooms, 9 baths and 7,188 square feet on a 20,771 square foot lot. This expansive Mediterranean-style villa features a decadent master suite w/large sitting area & ocean view balcony, private gym, home theater, 6 en suite bedrooms and entertainers backyard with fireplaces and a sparkling pool. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold to date in June for $960,000 and is located in the Los Verdes neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,786 square feet on a 7,753 square foot lot.
