The Palos Verdes Art Center has a great opportunity for parents who are looking for activities for their children during Spring break this year.
Spring Art Academy will be taking place at the Studio School from April 6 through April 10, 2026. This spring break program will be engaging youths from 5 to 12 years of age from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This will be an unforgettable week of creativity and exploration. This year’s theme is “Exploring Art Through Color!” Color Lab is a hands-on, immersive art camp where young artists explore color theory, color mixing, and creative expression across multiple mediums. Throughout the week, students will experiment with how color works, feels and transforms art – using painting, ceramics, collage, drawing, and mixed media to bring their ideas to life.
All of the materials will be provided, just bring a nut free lunch and two snacks for the day. Camp t-shirts are available for purchase on the first day of camp at the check-in table. They are $25 each and available in all sizes. To purchase a t-shirt please bring cash or checks payable to Palos Verdes Art Center. They are not mandatory, but help preserve and prevent the soiling of your child’s regular clothing.
