Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 23 days of April 2020 are 32 homes which is a decrease from the 36 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 23 days of March and a decrease from the first 23 days of April 2019 (34). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from April 1st to April 23rd is $1,930,673 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $2,042,636 for this same time period and a decrease from $2,042,990 last April.
In April 2020 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $3,500,000 and is located in the Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and had 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 3,495 square feet on a 8,640 square foot lot. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold April 2020 to date for $1,125,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood of Rolling Hills Estates and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,661 square feet on a 23,034 square foot lot.
