Average sale price for Eastview Palos Verdes homes sales in the Eastview RPV neighborhood for the first half of 2020 increased to $970,073 compared to $910,364 in 2019. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview RPV neighborhood was $1,203,250 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview RPV neighborhood was $730,000.
