Price per square foot for Eastview/RPV houses that sold in 2020 increased to $538 compared from $525 in 2019, a 2.5% increase. Average sales price for Eastview/RPV homes sold in 2020 was $978,290 compared to $901,761 in 2019. The most expensive home sold for $1,365,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $730,000.
