South Coast Botanic Garden Presents Sunset Series!
Palos Verdes homes owners can enjoy some summer fun by visiting the South Coast Botanic Garden for their new Sunset Series, a new weekly event that will bring the Garden to life after hours on Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This new program will be begin in July 7, 2022. Guests can roam the 87 acres or enjoy the Pop-Up Refreshment Station inside the Dorothy and Allen Lay Staghorn Fern Collection. You can sip a cocktail or just grab a bite to eat while enjoying the Garden’s’ natural beauty. There will be yard games and music; children will be entertained on the Lower Meadow by the fun and energetic Ms. Allison, with her parachutes, obstacle courses, lawn bowling, bubbles and more. The Garden will provide the fun, however, parents still provide the supervision.
Each week will change slightly in its programming. The first to perform will be Spanish guitarist Brandt Jacobus, who will perform the inaugural event with three sets beginning at 6:00 p.m. So you can go for the food and drinks, the music, or just to explore the garden after hours.
No outside food or beverage will be allowed during the Sunset Series. This is truly an event for all, and to purchase tickets click here.
The South Coast Botanic Garden is located at 26322 Crenshaw Blvd, Palos Verdes Peninsula. Due to limited space, they recommend that you contact the Garden early to make your reservations.
