2022 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Valmonte neighborhood decreased to 41 single family homes sold compared to 62 in 2021. Price per square foot for Valmonte houses that sold in 2022 increased to $1,128 compared from $958 in 2021, a 17.7% increase. Average sales price for Valmonte homes sold in 2022 was $2,779,125 compared to $2,218,466 in 2021. The most expensive home sold for $5,298,775 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,700,000.
