Palos Verdes homes owners have such great opportunities to join the many fun events held at the beautiful South Coast Botanic Garden. Starting on November 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026, the park will be experiencing Dinosaurs Around the World: The Great Outdoors! This fun outdoor experience will transport visitors back in time to the Age of Reptiles featuring 13 life size animatronic dinosaurs set against the lush living landscape of the Garden.
Experience the Age of Reptiles throughout the Garden immersed throughout their 87 acres. Guests will get to meet 13 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs. Each one moves with quiet graceful motions, and some even make noise. You can take a road trip through the ancient land mass, Pangea, where all the continents came together before drifting to their more modern positions across the globe. Guided by bright, vintage billboards and stone trail-head markers, find out which dinosaurs lived where, how they got there, and when they walked the earth!
You can purchase a boarding pass for the Pangea Express which includes a guided tour of Dinosaurs Around the World, while your tour director gives you an amazing story of a prehistoric planet, and what the world was like in the Age of Reptiles. This would include plants, geography and of course the dinosaurs. To ride the Pangea Express it is an additional $12, and can be purchased when reserving your ticket.
The South Coast Botanic Garden is located at 26300 Crenshaw Boulevard, Palos Verdes Peninsula. To learn more about this event, or to purchase tickets click here.
