Join Skechers Friendship Walk on October 23, 2016, to raise money for Peninsula Education Foundation which benefits our local Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District.

Once again both Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and Palos Verdes High School rank among the national top 500 high schools in 2016. Palos Verdes Peninsula High School ranked #50 and Palos Verdes High School ranked #174.

Peninsula Education Foundation's Main Event "Live From Palos Verdes, It's Saturday Night", will be held at Terranea Resort on Saturday, May 7, 2016, beginning at 5:30 p.m. There will be dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions with the proceeds going to support the Palos Verdes Peninsula School program.

Palos Verdes 2016 Summer School Registration begins online for high school on March 29th, April 11th for intermediate students and April 18, 2016, for elementary school children.

Spring School Vacation 2016 is approaching; here are some activities children can enjoy. Terranea Resort is offering a Spring Break Golf Camp for students, and AYSO is offering half day soccer camps for children 6-16.

Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District is taking applications for the "Parent Participation Model" schools, Cornerstone and Rancho Vista Elementary, through February 29, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.

Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District is presenting Kindergarten Parent Information Meetings on January 26 & 27, 2016, and all parents that have kindergarten children entering in the 2016-2017 school year are encouraged to attend.

Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and Palos Verdes High School are hosting several information sessions for students and parents in Palos Verdes to assist in their selection of a high school for the 2016-2017 school year.

Once again both high schools Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and Palos Verdes High Schools rank among the 2016 Top 100 Public Schools In California, and remain in the top schools in the nation.
